You can check your ๐๐ข๐ฃ๐, which is your Electronic Official Personnel Folder, for ALL the beneficiary forms youโve ever submitted over the years.
Anyone can be a Beneficiary. They could be a relative, a friend, a church, a library or even to a trust or any combination of those things. By submitting a new beneficiary form, youโre casting all of your previous designations on the beneficiary forms. Beneficiary Forms are only valid once theyโve been received by your HR office, signed and made part of your EOPF.
Youโre allowed to change your beneficiary forms as much as you likeโit doesnโt matter how many times you do itโฆanytime you want to!
